• All purchases are subject to and governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.

2. Shipping Policy

📦 Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

🚚 Shipping Time (Estimated)

• Standard delivery time is 7–15 business days.

• In some cases, delays related to customs clearance, inspections, or transportation may extend delivery by an additional 5–7 business days.

• The maximum delivery timeframe is up to 35 days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the customer’s responsibility.

• PalmRow has no control over customs processing times.

📍 Incorrect Address

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply.

❗ Delays Beyond Our Control

• Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes, or other force majeure events are not valid reasons for refunds.

3. Refund & Return Policy

We aim to be fair, transparent, and efficient when handling returns and refunds.

✅ Situations Eligible for Refund or Exchange

You may qualify for a refund or replacement if:

• You received a defective or damaged product (proof required);

• You received the wrong item due to our error.

In these cases:

• PalmRow covers return shipping;

• We may offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund after verification.

🔁 Size Exchanges (Customer Choice)

If the customer selected the wrong size:

• This is not considered a store error;

• A size exchange is allowed only if the item is unused, unworn, and with original tags.

All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, including:

• Return shipping;

• Re-shipping of the replacement item.

Shipping fees vary depending on the product and destination.

❌ Situations Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange

Refunds or exchanges are not accepted for:

• Wrong size chosen by the customer (without covering shipping costs);

• Change of mind or personal preference after the legal return period;

• Used, washed, or damaged items;

• Delivery delays within the stated timeframe;

• Customs delays or import fees;

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address;

• Natural variations in color, fit, or fabric;

• Promotional or clearance items (when stated).

• Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

• Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
