At PalmRow, we are committed to delivering your order with clarity, reliability, and transparency. This Shipping Policy outlines our order processing timelines, delivery estimates, shipping fees, and important conditions related to international shipping.
All orders are processed within up to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing includes:

Packaging and dispatch preparation
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand (such as seasonal promotions or holidays), processing times may take the full 3 business days.
After processing, orders are shipped and delivered within the following estimated timeframes:

Priority / Express Shipping (if available): timelines may vary by destination

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping timelines do not include customs clearance delays.
In some cases, delays caused by customs inspection, port congestion, or local courier issues may extend delivery by an additional 5–7 business days.
In rare circumstances, international deliveries may take up to 35 days to be completed.
These delays are outside PalmRow’s control and do not qualify for refunds before the maximum delivery timeframe has elapsed.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

Shipping method selected
Order weight and value
Any applicable free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website and checkout page.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of verified shipping error on our part.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.
Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch, especially for international shipments.

All customs-related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Declare orders as gifts
Lower the declared value

Failure to pay customs fees may result in delayed, returned, or destroyed shipments, for which PalmRow is not responsible.
Delays caused by:
customs clearance
carrier congestion
weather conditions
international logistics
are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds before the maximum delivery period (35 days).
If your order is confirmed as lost after investigation with the carrier:
We will offer a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion.
If your item arrives damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
Include your order number
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in claim denial.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate.

Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses
Failed deliveries caused by missing information
If an order is returned to us due to address issues:
Re-shipping fees will apply
Refunds (if approved) will exclude original shipping costs
